Setup- For Balance And To Avoid Early Extension

Early extension and loss of the "tush line" have plagued golfers forever- especially with the new equipment that is longer and lighter.

Early extension - where the upper body raises and the spine angle and hip line alters- causes multiple

complications to a solid strike and the ball direction.

There are several reasons why this "stand up'/ "early extension" occurs but the first way we can combat it

is by getting our setup in a better position where our body will remain balanced more throughout the swing.
